Sakujouhea: Ino can use her hair to bind an enemy in place simply by channeling chakra. The enemy is only held in place however, and can still attack back or perform other jutsu. Note: This jutsu can only work on Hero Shinobi. The range is very long.
Lvl.1: Lasts 2 seconds. Lvl.2: Lasts 3 seconds. Lvl.3: Lasts 4 seconds. Lvl.4: Lasts 5 seconds. Lvl.5: Lasts 6 seconds.

	Thought Hold: A high level genjutsu that uses eye contact to freeze an enemy in sheer terror, causing the victim to turn immobile for a long time. Note that pain will release the victim from this illusion.
Lvl.1: Lasts 5 seconds. Lvl.2: Lasts 7 seconds. Lvl.3: Lasts 9 seconds. Lvl.4: Lasts 11 seconds. Lvl.5: Lasts 13 seconds.

	Bunshin no Jutsu: Creates fake clones of oneself to confuse and deceive the enemy. The fake clones deal ZERO damage but can take quite a beating depending on the skill level.
Lvl.1: 1 clone that takes 7.5 times the damage. Lvl.2: 2 clone that takes 5 times the damage. Lvl.3: 3 clone that takes 2.5 times the damage.

	Chakra Shield: Shinobi proficient in controlling their chakra are able to manipulate them and mold the energy into a shield that will surround and protect them. Note: Still takes 50% damage.
Lvl.1: Absorbs 1.0 damage per point of mana. Lvl.2: Absorbs 1.2 damage per point of mana. Lvl.3: Absorbs 1.4 damage per point of mana. Lvl.4: Absorbs 1.6 damage per point of mana. Lvl.5: Absorbs 1.8 damage per point of mana.

	Shintenshin no Jutsu: Gives additional chakra regeneration through the powers of a bijyuu hidden inside oneself. (Passive)
Lvl.1: Target level less than 2, cooldown 100 seconds Lvl.2: Target level less than 3, cooldown 85 seconds Lvl.3: Target level less than 5, cooldown 70 seconds

	Suiton: Bakushouha Aquatic Shockwave- The Akatsuki warrior's greatest jutsu, this calls down torrents of water to crash and wash away all foes. However, the jutsu is very difficult to perform and requires a long time before it can be done again. It also consumes alot of chakra.
Lvl.1:  8 waves per second at 25 damage each. Lvl.2: 12 waves per second at 50 damage each. Lvl.3: 15 waves per second at 75 damage each.
